The Kia Niro EV has a weak point that has bothered me since purchasing the car on May 6th 2019, the reverse lights are useless. I found a solution and created this video to help others.
If you have any questions, please let me know.
I have a late 2018, 40kwh Leaf fitted with LED headlamps. If I take the car to France, do I need to fit those stick-on headlamp deflectors or are the LED beams "flat"?
There is nothing in the manual and when I called the Nissan (no)helpline they said ask the dealer (who had no idea!).
Does anyone know if it is possible to fit LED bulbs to the Niro PHEV as i have found the standsrd ones to be a bit rubbish. I was being followed by my father in laws Golf GTE on the way home tonight and his headlights are juaj so much better.
Headlamps keep comming up as a topic so here is a simple guide to the options:
Why is the stock headlight so poor?
The stock lamp is 51w for both dipped and main beams per side a normal car has 55w dipped and 60w mains per side so for a normal car we have a total of 230w vs 102w so about half...
I’m driving to France soon and by law you need to carry a spare bulb kit. My ‘66 plate Passat GTE has the advanced LED pack, and the manual suggests I shouldn’t be changing LEDs myself.

So... what am I meant to tell...

I've not been able to find a solid answer for this after searching but apologies if that has been answered before.
I've just ordered a base model GTE and want to know if the headlight cluster LED running lights are standard? All models get the lower C shaped E-Golf style lights but I'm...

At the start of this year I wrote on the CanZE website about fitting HIDs to my ZOE, something I did in the summer of 2015. Harm Otten, the same...
I am sourcing cool ideas what one could 3D Print (also Electronics Printing allowed) to add to a ULEV / Electric Vehicle. I want to use Next Dynamics, a multi material printer being released on Kickstarter. The website www.next-dynamics.com says, it is also capable of Electronics Circuit Board...
Lots of good reviews and apparently easy to fit with no mods on most cars. Could this be the answer to the poor halogen situation on the Acenta?
