I've not been able to control my 70 plate GTE through the app for 2 or 3 weeks now. The mobile app just says too many commands issued and shows an incorrect status for the car e.g. unlocked, low number of miles in the battery etc - has reported the same incorrect info for 3 weeks.

Is anyone experiencing problems due to the current outage of the Volkswagen 'We Connect' back-end?
I called the 0800 279 7508 customer support number and there is a recorded announcement that We Connect is down and that they are working on getting it back up.
