Plugged into a polar instant, started charge and put the phone in my pocket.

Returned to the car and discovered I had received 0.060 kWh with a charge time of 2 minutes for £1.20

Only reason I can think of is I touched the screen when I put the phone in my pocket and stopped the charge - must remember to lock screen first in future.

Moral: never put a "live" phone in your pocket. Just as well you didn't accidentally buy 50 iPads from Amazon.
