This has been widely reported. My own M3 is currently in the Edinburgh SC waiting for a part for the heat pump to fix this problem. It may take a few weeks for the part to arrive. In the meantime I have a Model S loan car.

2021 Model 3 heating problem

I've had 2 or 3 occasions when the HVAC blows only cold air, including a very chilly 2 hour drive on Christmas day. I contacted the SC to let them know about this and they were able to read the error logs from my car which was kinda spooky. It's booked into the SC to let them have a look at it...

The biggest problem is that the windows steam up, in cold conditions, and you cannot see to drive!!

Software update might fix this, update to 2020.48.30 if you can. If its still faulty, contact your service centre
