I have the same issue I think.
Tested with home Rolec charger. Also the 3 pin charger. No apparent faults with either charger.
Yesterday I got as far as all three blue lights on the dash flashing together - a charge fault indicator I believe - but today it won't even give the error indicator ;

App also reporting a fault as follows ;

Hyundai Roadside Assistance (the AA) have been unable to help - we disconnected the small battery for 15mins - no change once reconnected.
So off to the dealer I guess before it is totally out of charge !

Just found this in the IoniqForum ;

"Edit, I just found the charger release that I pulled wasnt the right one, and theres another charger release pull under the boot lining, which I've just pulled and thats worked, the cars charging again now"

and also ;

"If you search the EV section of this forum you will find a number of threads that discuss the issue of the charger cable lock failing to operate. The car will not charge until this has activated correctly and locked the charge cable plug in place.
Mine has been replaced under warranty, Twice, and has given no problems since. I noticed that after the first replacement it required quite a strong pull on the manual relaease lever to get it to release, however, after the second replacement it requies only a light tug and feels much smoother.
This is a recurring issue and if it happens to you again I suggest you take the car to the dealer and point out that it is a know problem."

and so I'm pleased to report that this appears to have worked for me and the car is charging again. However I am still curious whether this is an indicator of a problem with the charger lock solenoid which will only get worse ? I could then get it sorted before it leaves me stranded !
