It's hard to tell without all the information. I would guess that heating the car from frozen will be a couple of kWh each time so 10-15% of the battery could have gone on cabin heating if you did several short journeys with big gaps in between. It's also been pretty windy so driving at 70 into a 25mph headwind could use 30% more energy than in still conditions.
