how have you guys got on with this - just got the car and just moved to Octopus, I have a Pod Point installed at home today.... but can i schedule a charging time with app or something???

So there are people on other forums claiming 7kW change rates from a single phase supply, so what rate does yours charge at please?

Bit late to the topic - but I got to the bottom of the charge rate issues. For the first 6 months of production, Mercedes shipped the cars with a 3-phase compatible cable but only a 20A version. This meant that when you plugged into a regular single phase 7kw charger, you would only get 3.7kw. After September 2020, they changed UK cars to get a single phase 32A cable which then allows the full 7kw on a single-phase supply. My car was one of the first built, so came with the 3-phase cable. I bought myself another cable and can now enjoy the full charge rate

the charger is great and no problems - but still can schedule. I have contacted Pod Point and I'm on their beta list for changes to the app and they say this is coming
