Hello peeps, first time poster here, based in north east UK.
I'm about to jump into the EV domain after 8 years with a Prius plugin and I've got my eyes on the Leaf e+.

Q1. Last October Nissan has released a communication for a MY20 update adding shark fin antenna, telescopic wheel and a few other interesting things I'm after, "with production starting from 16th November, ".
Now, not being a petrol-head (haha) I have no idea about the usual timings e.g. since the communication and the start date of production when's likely to be able to find them on the market? I assume I'd get a MY20 version ordering it brand new but I'd like to browse for some offers if possible.

Q2. Does it mean that now any Leaf e+ with a shark fin antenna is likely to be a MY20 version? I know you could have one added even before but how normal is it for car dealer to add one by default?

Q3. Better to buy one before Brexit? Nobody really knows but afaik there's a chance to have all prices increased by ~10% in the worst case scenario. I'm in a pickle because of the MY20 vs Brexit chance...
Any opinion is welcome!

Thank you and happy charging everybody.

Looking at the EH website, their pictures for the LEAF do seem to show the shark fin, and the description mentions rake and reach steering adjustment. I'd say it sounds promising!

That's also a fair point. Just at the moment we don't know for sure how things are going to go, and that typically means things will probably get worse not better in my experience. Right now there are plenty of deals to be done from what I have seen with cars recently so if OP can get a price they like the look of, I would probably still be inclined to say now is better than later.
Awesome! Thanks for the info, I'll definitely visit them. I've literally just now noticed there are 2 Nissan chains offering a switch up for cars registered before October 2013 which I'd qualify for... Another variable in the equation to consider ^^'

Thanks!
