Hello, everyone
Did anyone get a) A warning triangle b) A first aid kit with their new car? Probably only a relevant question for UK forum members.

No.

But they should certainly be on your shopping list. Plus hi-vis jacket.

No but I had them from my previous car..

They are law in some counties so Kia has to supply, but not UK. Some countries even get a cargo net

Ok. Daft accessory time.

Puddle lights with the kia logo on for about 4 quid for a pair.

I've fitted them and they are surprisingly good.
Still daft though.
Where does the 12v come from ? And do they come in a set of 4 or do you have to buy 4 from that AliExpress link ?

They use AAA batteries, no wiring required!

They come as a pair, so two packs if you want to do all four doors.
They take 3 AAA batteries each.
They just stick to the bottom of the door trim.
There is a little self-adhesive magnet that you stick onto the plastic round the door sill. When the magnet is near the unit (door closed), the light is off. When you open the door the light turns on. It is very simple, but for 2 quid per door I thought it quite good.
