Hello ZE community,

I recently bought a Renault Zoe ZE50 Intense in Romania. This is the highest trim level here and it has, as standard, blind spot assist. This means that it has the lateral/parallel parking sensors installed.

But the sensors do not appear when you are in reverse - you only have the front, rear and camera assist. Parallel parking sensor only come as an option together with the automatic parking system. My car did not have it and I was not able to add it as it was an already built model. Renault dealer in my town told me that they are not able to do it in their service, but I suppose it is just a software thing.

I don't want/need the automated parking function, but the sensors will be usefull when in reverse or passing cars in tight parking spaces. So anyone knows if they can be activated somehow? Did not find anything about this on the forum.
