Aixam maga van iv got power but No dashboard lights

I was wondering if anyone knows why my van don’t have dashboard lights showing up when I turn the key it’s a aixam maga van Electric 2007 The heater comes on But won’t drive does anybody know where I find the fuse for the ignition or the relay for the Ignition
