Alloy rims and all weather tyres

I do a quite a number of miles at night when the temperature drops below 5 degrees. I was thinking of getting a set of alloys with all weather tyres that I can change into by myself and use during very cold weather months (and swap to summer tyre wheels when weather warms up again).

for alloys, are there any ID4 specification or requirements one needs to be aware when shopping them? Any good websites?

Although he's only offering to wrap them in uniroyal winters at least you can see the specifics of the wheel measurements you need to look for or buy the alloys and get the tyres elsewhere.
