Over the years there have been cheap Amperas appear on EBAY which used pictures in some cases of Speak-EV members cars, these were around 1/2 the going rate. There are some threads I recall, I'll try and find one.

ITS MY DAMN CAR AGAIN!!!!!
Its seem that my car was in such a good condition and they guy did such a good job of the photos its being ripped off AGAIN.
for reference when this listing disappears my registration is SM62UTX.

Sure, but if a car is virtual only, how would a test drive work? 🤷‍♂️

I am more worried about clones or thefts.

The ebay ones were scaming for a deposit. They could not be seen.
Checks can be done against the VIN number,
If your worried then the speakev classifieds have the odd one now and again. I see another has appeared this weekend, this one is quite near me, its genuine.
