Similar to Chickster's issues but easier to explain

Pod point fitted Nov 2018

I found this statement regarding permitted locations of units

Unit must not:
  • Face onto and be within two metres of a highway
My unit is 1m from a pavement, but is fitted to the INSIDE of a boundary wall in my back garden (with cable fed through fence to driveway at rear of house)

Seeing as most installs will face into a highway but be further than 2m away

Am I right to presume mine is a permitted install as well?

From what I can see it complies with all other regulations, it's just this one looks ambiguous

Thanks in advance
