You raise a fair point about the cruise control. It's a bit aggressive for my liking. I thought the version in the VW ID4 I test drove was much better, but VW had had plenty of time to iron out the faults - and they're a good example as their initial software releases were less than perfect but they've made great strides in improving things since. Your spot on with the "computer on wheels" analogy. I'm sure Nissan will improve on things and I look forward to OTA updates doing just that. However, I have no qualms with my purchase and have a stupid grin on my face every time I drive the car.I'm with you @RamblyRunner - we're almost (wrongly) programmed to report bad news. I enjoy the car too - the only issue that affects actual driving is the jerky cruise control - the other issues are annoying but I hope they're fixed with software updates. We have to accept that we're driving computers with wheels these days, and as the drivers, there's little we can do ourselves.
