Check the battery temperature with an obd2 dongle, would be interesting to see when the power throttles. And how hot the battery can get in a parked car in the summer heat. Car Scanner app will show the battery pack temperature, and charging speed in kW.

Most certainly the pack is very hot. This is caused by high ambient temps but also, I suspect in this particular case, high speed driving and/or DCFC usage too.

What is DCFC ?, and is this permanent or will it be fixed on its own ?
