Noticed a couple of things:
1) Your Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) page is called F&Q. What does that stand for?
2) (edit) the Virtus 16A charger cannot be ordered with a UK plug, only US and EU are in the drop down.
3) I can't tell from your site where your company is based?

The gusto 16 amp apparently is available with a UK 3 pin plug which could be a problem if anyone actually tried to use it.

Any website which has no real world address in the contact us section would be one to avoid as far as I'm concerned. Now add an obscured registration without an address according to whois and just registered oct 22.

The T&C contains this wonderful line.
In no case shall cute-teddy-Store, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct,

It appears to be written in chinglish in parts.

My advice would be avoid.

The website has no address, company registration number or phone number. You're selling chargers which push 16 amps through a plug which should only really have 10 amps running for long periods. How are people meant to get in touch when they've burnt down their house?

Hi Everyone,

Thank you all for reaching up. Regarding your concerns about legal adress: We are professional EV chargers retailer with suppliers in Chech Republic, Poland and Germany.
Conzolanzo12 It's perfectly possible to charge your electric car using a conventional 3-pin plug with an EVSE1 cable (also called a granny cable) and domestic socket, the only con of this method is charging time, it takes 1 hour to charge your EV on 60-70 km, however, its portable(charge anytime and everywhere) and requires no installation.
Every product is rigorous tested by our QC to ensure quality and have one year warranty. In addition, you can always reach us out via email: [email protected] or via our contact us page.

Let us know if you have any more concerns.
Kind regards,

Hi Sean,

For UK customers we recommend to use Output power of 10A. Our chargers have adjustable power supply (6A, 8A, 10A, 13A, 16A) accordingly. So you can choose on your own which setting fits best for you. For your safety our chargers are also equiped with OVER-TEMPERATURE PROTECTION: When the internal temperature of the control box exceeds 85°C, enter over-temperature protection, and stop charging. It will recover charging after the temperature drops to 65 °C.

Feel free to contact us for any other questions and concerns
Best regards,

You can not recommend to use 10A, selling a product that can overload the local system should be banned. The lack of a contact point in any country so action is difficult to take if faulty and / or illegal goods are supplied is a worry.
The website, registered recently and for only 1 year suggests this is a pile it high sell and run operation, the obvious Copy and Past T and C from another website is not encouraging!
The reviews that are older than the website provoke a certain amount of scepticism at the very least.

I would require to see the CE certificate before recommending anyone goes near these for Europe, a UL certification for the US would I imagine be required.

It's possible but is it safe with the chargers you are selling? If the only thing preventing overload is user input then the charger is inherently dangerous, relying on thermal overload as Overcurrent protection is dangerous. With the us plug you can overload the socket by 4 amps, uk by 6 amps and even the eu plug isn't really designed for 16 amps continuously.

The only charger that complies with basic electrical saftey is the 32amp connector although given the saftey concerns around the other 2 I can't recommend using it.

After the first house burns down and first lives lost due to these unsafe chargers, you'll soon find out that it's impossible to track down the seller.

For that kind of risk, I'll just buy from Aliexpress for less money. 100% sure they're made in the same factory anyway.
