Have you replaced the 12v battery? Is it receiving a charge from the DC : DC converter?

Then you need a BMW specialist to read the codes that'll identify why the DC : DC converter isn't working. If you are lucky it'll just need a reset, if you are unlucky a new converter.
I hope that you have a good warranty.

Similar issue here in the 2017 330e model.
Starting 1 week ago, the car won't drive on electric even though the battery is full and being charged overnight (schedule hasn't changed).
There is no warning light that suggests an issue with the drivetrain.

Would appreciate your advice on how to proceed :)

I know this is obvious but the recent cold weather will delay the start up of the electric motor for several miles, around 10 miles for me the other day. I think it is quicker if you pre condition as that will warm the battery up.

Yes experienced that last week in the cold spell. Car hadn't been used for a few days so the precondition feature had been disabled. Had the rare experience of de-icing a car, absolutely freezing, car started on the engine, and was a while before the electric motor whirred into life...
