Have you replaced the 12v battery? Is it receiving a charge from the DC : DC converter?

Then you need a BMW specialist to read the codes that'll identify why the DC : DC converter isn't working. If you are lucky it'll just need a reset, if you are unlucky a new converter.
I hope that you have a good warranty.
