Got my email yesterday and booked it in via the website. I'm fully expecting to turn up next week and be told that they don't know what they're supposed to be doing with it.

After some back-and-forth I am now booked in for the actual update (including new 12v and two days for the software update) on 5 September... I asked for a courtesy EV, let's see if that happens...
Yeah, this specifically is not something I want to be doing! These places really need to get some EV courtesy cars available.Even worse, I had to put petrol in the loan car - I’ve never seen the number flick round so quickly!
