Since the clocks went forward my BP Chargemaster seems to have forgotten its ability to stick to a schedule.

The app shows it correctly but it's merrily charging my car at non-programmed hours, which isn't good as I need that to max out on Octopus Go.

Is this a "just me" issue which a support call will resolve, or is anyone else seeing the same issue?

The app doesnt seem to be talking to the charger box as when it is charging it reports that it isnt connected. This is the first time I've seen this happen.

Yes, but why would that make any difference? The car doesn't have any info on what time the Chargemaster is set to charge. I don't use any deferred charge settings in the car etc. just rely on the Chargemaster turning itself on and off at the right times.

Did this get resolved? I can’t make the schedule on my BP pulse charger ( oval white one) work at all, it just charges immediately. Regarding the timings, I believe some utilities actually set their off peak times to GMT, so they don’t follow the clock change and in this case you wouldn’t want the schedules to shift either.
