Just ordered a Model 3 AWD LR and wondered if Tesla cars come with free breakdown cover in the UK (and if so, for what length of time)?

The reason for asking is that the order process took me to Direct Line for an insurance quote, which also tried to sell breakdown cover, but I thought that was included on a new car?

Lasts for the warranty. Which is 4 years/50k miles

Probably, although Tesla cover your car for any warranty issues and for tyre punctures if you're within 50 miles of a service centre they don't cover you for anything else (e.g. wheels, glass, vandalism, collision, damage, lost keys etc.) Although Electric Vehicles are more reliable compared...
