Hi,

I've just ordered an Audi E-Tron via Tuskerdirect with an expected delivery date of late April. They are running an offer for a free chargedev home charger.

Reading various review sites, it seems installation can take weeks and weeks and there can also be various complications. To avoid not having a home charger by the time the car gets delivered, I'd like to start the ball rolling.

We live in a fairly newish house with no issues I can think of, so I'm sure it will be smooth sailing, but since the Audi will be our only car, I'd hate to have it sat on the drive with no way of charging it.

Could someone please assist with this. I did email two weeks ago, but I'm still waiting on a reply.

Worst case I'll have to pay £500 to pod-point, but I'd rather have a free one.

Thanks,
Glen.

If you have an EVSE cable with a 13 amp plug then you have no need to panic. Even if it only has 12 hours plugged in overnight, you'll still get about 65 miles added every night and you'll be fully charged after the first weekend.
