Is anyone able to log into Nissan Carwings today? I don't seem to be able to log in from either phone app or PC just get message "failed to log in to You+Nissan website"

Yeah looks like it's dead.
Whole of nissan.co.uk looks like it's not a happy bunny.
Slow and the home page looks a skeleton with little content.

I couldn't pre-warm my Leaf this morning, surprising how quickly you get used to these great features and miss them when the tech fails :(

Don't worry, they'll have it up again sometime next month!
Remarkably it seems to be back.
Not sure it can talk to the car yet though.
Spinning....

After 25 minutes of waiting on the phone ,Nissan Carwings CS response

"We are aware of the problem ,server is down and awaiting engineers .We are sorry for the inconvenience ."


I suggested that they use emails supplied with carwings account and send this info to the owners as well as when they get it all up and running again .

I can now log into Carwings but the website but will not update. It will not let me log into the phone app at all (Android) but I can use the "Leaf manager" android app which logs in and gives my cars current status...work that out?

Yes I've a similar experience.
It seems that the main website is back but the car comms part is still broken.
And thanks @MALINI NITAI for the patience. I wouldn't have managed that.

I can only think that your app is using different server to access Leaf .(will download it on hubby's android tomorrow)
Carwings has a problem communicating with Leaf but I noticed that our Leaf is updating stations all right so working in its own right ...

Carwings is back working for me.
It managed to check my current status properly. :cool:

This Carwings failure is in conjunction with their new Automated system that is supposed to wake the car's sim up when registering your car. It failed, hence many reports from new owners having a Carwings Initialisation failure and had to get the sim manually woken. I'm on my Nissan Innovation Specialist course next week and maybe I could gleam more information about their at times 'poor' Carwings computer system?

I know this probably isn't the right place for suggestions but it would be nice if there was a way of temporarily modifying the charge timer schedule.

Usually I have the charge timer set to 80% every morning. Some days I know I will need 100% so I have to turn the car on in order to modify the charge schedule to do so.

After that day I have to go back and change that particular day back to 80%.

It would be great if it were possible via carwings to schedule a temporary modification to the schedule which would then revert to the previous settings afterwards.

I know this is probably tricky as I'm guessing CarWings has no clue about your charge schedule.

Week Before I received my car. I said, could you setup this for me and when I want in today. All Nissan could say was sorry, We have a problem.
