I have just upgrade to a Black Edition 30.

I have deleted my old car from You+Nissan and Nissan have installed the newer car with the correct VIN. I can connect via the PC. I can't connect via the phone app.

When I connect it brings up the old car and VIN. The instructions for setting up refer to the old display in the 24 and cannot find the Carwings section.

Can someone help please.

If the VIN was only added to the account today maybe the app hasn't updated yet. Did you try explicitly signing out in the app and signing back in ? Or even deleting the app from your phone and reinstalling it just in case the app is caching data about the old car ?

Thanks.

I do sign in everytime but probably will need to try reinstalling the app. Just got a new phone after my puppy chewed mine. Proving to be very expensive.
