When trying to use Charge-Net a small window pops up that says "Buy Plan". Well I have already subscribed 6 months ago and have been paying ever since. And have called customer service several times over the past week and the problem is not resolved. Has anyone else had this problem. If this continues I may as well cancel Car Net. Maybe the app for the ID.4 but searching for that in the app store (VW ID.4 app) nothing shows up for the ID.4. or even ID.3.
