I had a Rolec EVHS2020 point installed for my new car, Tesla Model 3, however the car is only charging for a short while before cutting out. I have reset the unit and it works for another 5 minutes or so before cutting out again.

Does anyone have any ideas what could be wrong? Is it likely to be an issue with the charge point as I've seen online there can be issues when charging the model 3. I'll be contacting the company that installed it on Monday but just looking for some advice before then.

Thanks

Could ti be that the car is set to start charging at a specific time or to be ready by a specific time? The Rolec is basically checking that the car will take a charge before moving to idle until either the car's 'Start Charging at' time has arrived or until the car that it will need X hours of charging before the 'Be ready for' time. Then if there is an issue you will know before it is too late. Maybe all irrelevant but that's all I can think of.
