I've had my Chargemaster charger since 2016 and remember there was some web portal where I could look at charging history - but since the move to BP/Pulse the URLs no longer work

Ah no sooner do I post I find the answer.. it's the homecharge.chargevision.com URL but with my old Polar credentials (no longer a Pulse subscriber)

However, the charge data stops in August 2020

Maybe your chargepoint has stopped communicating?

i have had my account since 2013 and now it won’t let me log in and when I click “forgot password” it won’t send me a reset link! Perhaps they are expanding too rapidly and buggering it up!

It seems that you get 3 years of comms and after that it costs £50 for 3 years.
Well that was the price in 2019

"When you originally purchased our Homecharge Unit it came with a 3 year communications package providing access to BP Chargemaster’s ChargeVision platform. This package period has now come to end. However, as a thank you for your custom we are offering you an option to extend this package and access to the ChargeVision platform for a cost of only £50 for the next 3 years (usual price £95)."

I could still login however!

Oh ok, I never realised that. Well considering I have only logged in twice since 2013 I don’t think I will be furnishing the gentlemen with £50!
