Hi. Has anyone ever charged at Waitrose Winbourne. I went there yesterday to find all the chargers down. CS said she had never seen them used and after a call said they went down last week and were getting fixed ? . They do not show up on the Polar Map . Have they ever been commissioned ? I found a old post from leaf talk.

Have not got our car yet but I keep an eye on them at wimborne as it is our nearest branch. Often have the red lights on. It's weird that they are not on map. I will ask the manager when I see her.

Thank @Webby. This was the other charger. The screen was blank and neither plug point flap was locked down. I assume they normally are and release with the card.

Is that error notice on picture 2 a commincation error? Saw same message at asda store today near Swansea

PPPD is the Unix/Linux operating system Point-to-Point-Protocol Daemon.
It's the program which manages network connections, in this case over 3G to ChargeMasters servers.
I'd say there's no 3G signal. Is this charger underground or enclosed on all/most sides by thick walls?

It's underground . I wonder if has ever worked ? I will email Waitrose and ask.

Yes at the back of an under ground car park.

I would suggest a) the installer is a muppet, b) it has never worked and c) it needs an external antenna.
