No, not with 'proper' cables. The protocol of the design is to prevent 'daisy-chaining', which is what you are describing.
There are some 'modified' cables out there that allow this, but they are butchered versions of what they should be.
Get yourself a 10m cable if you are routinely out and about, for precisely this scenario. 10m is 'usable' in a normal situation without too much extra faff, if any, whilst also offering that 'just bit extra' to get around a corner and a few extra parking bays.
If you are talking about trying to do this using a 43kW rapid charge fixed lead, then it is the same thing but more so.
Don't even think about bunging up a 43kW rapid AC with a single phase charging car anyway. Just don't do it, bad form. That would make you little better than the ICE blocker.
