The fix is simple. Do not shut the flap when the car is locked. What's happening is that the solenoid bolt is holding the door closed but the mechanical latch hasn't caught. As a result, when you unlock the car, the bolt withdraws and the flap clicks open. If you only close the flap with the car unlocked, the solenoid bolt is out of the way so the mechanical latch can engage. This happens on my PHEV as well.
