Hi, We've had our Zoe for just over a year now, and noticed that the charging port has started to seize up and won't open either with the fob or manual release inside the car. I've seen blogs about wiggling the door or prying it open with a credit card whilst pressing down the button on the fob but these don't seem to work. We don't even get a clicking noise any more. Any suggestions?

I found with mine when it refused to open that a bit of downward pressure on the flap whilst operating the keyfob/switch, and it would open. Some PTFT spray round the hinges and lock mechanism, and all has been well since.
