Family day out at Chester Zoo and free Podpoint chargers available. Great marking on the bays and cones blocking them. They are located in the Disabled Parking area.

When driving in there are 2 lanes, keep to the right lane and you may have parking staff wave the two lanes into the main car parking. Don’t go in, stop and ask the staff for electric car charging. They will allow you to keep right. Follow ‘car’ signs and keep an eye out for the ‘Disabled Parking’ sign on the right. Turn right and you’ll see the electric car charging marked bays.

There has been issues with ICEing there even after them putting the cones out.
Management say the right thing but only time will tell how strongly they enforce them.
Unfortunately there is no signage just the floor markings. Even the floor markings are rubbish, EV only. No mention of charging EVs only.
