A very good idea for the customer but I can work much better if there is not someone looking over my shoulder.
I feel sorry for the service engineers to be subjected to this observation method which could cause mistakes.

I think the idea is more for them to record when convenient and they have something to show you, not over the shoulder all the time.

Much better than just phone call to tell you about all the problems if they can send you a video to get approval for any extra work.
