Yes I wouldn't want to claim my Zoe has 24kwh of usable capacity. 32 pages of "discussion" would surely prove that. Hey maybe we can dig out the infamous YouTube video that no one can watch beyond the 10th minute to see what Renault were actually saying about the pack.
If you look at ANY ad by Drive Green on here - they all say 24kWh for the Zoe!

That's it then, case closed! When do I get access to this extra capacity? :)

I confess I'm not following what this argument is about, but I guess I wouldn't take the ZOE display too literally. We can see that when I did 142 miles on a charge that the display says the Total Consumption was 23.0 kWh, but using its own figure of Average Consumption of 6.0 mpkWh gives 142.0 / 6.0 = 23.67 kWh.

i can't even start to fathom how this is possible unless you found a 100mile downhill section

6mpkwh is just unbelievable tbh

were you being towed? ha

It's technically very easy - you just need to go slowly at a constant speed. Around a track I think it would be very easy to get 2-300 miles with a ZOE 22kWh, it seems to be very efficient.

As well as the link I gave, there are more details on the method here:
ZOE Keeps Her Promise 2: 122 Mile Range (196km) - My Renault ZOE electric car
http://myrenaultzoe.com/index.php/2013/09/zoe-keeps-her-promise-111-mile-range-180km/

On UK roads it's an exercise in patience that I'm not keen to repeat very often (which is why I haven't attempted to beat my 196 miles in an i3).

Just achieved 109 miles straight in black Zoe tonight. That’s a new record for me.

It’s fab when people take pics of their achievements

You missed off the range left though

JJ
Unfortunately I didn’t reset the trip report prior to yesterday’s 109 mile single charge trip. I did take a CanZE screenshot last night when I returned home though, and again this morning after re-charging over night.

27.5k miles on the clock and she still has 98% battery SOH, 22.5 kW available energy from a full charge and a two pedal reset still shows 125 miles range.

Whoever owns this car next going to be really lucky.

Quite pleased with todays result our first +100miles , cant think there was that much left in a 22kwh pack mind.

Well done. I just did 223 miles with a 41kWh pack. 9 miles or 4% left so quite similar results to you.

It makes me think that you can access the full battery capacity, its just they hide the last few Kwh, if we'd carried on to zero on the GOM and then went into the unknown and even turtle mode I'd have seen something like 24 or 25kWh's used. At the time we were running around 5.2kw/m, OK that was mainly on 30 and 40mph roads but it did have a rag of 55mph for around 15miles on that figure.

I only see the 161 mile one?
End of page 7. Four photos, two trip reports as local Renault dealer reset the first one when they sorted out a connectivity issue. Second one started from the dealer onwards. All on one battery charge.

See Club 200 thread!
Can you explain to me which part of the 223miles on 41kwh is representative of the trip report showing 161 miles on 28kwh. Adding that to a report for 12kwh does not make it a 223mile on 41kwh trip. A case of 1+1 definitely doesn't equal 2.

Two reports as the first was wiped from memory when Renault dealer fixed a connectivity issue. I took a photo of the trip report just before handing the car over as a precaution.
First report started with 100% battery and 0 miles. Went to dealer and had done 161.4 miles before the technician drove it a short distance into the garage.
Second report started with 0 miles and the remaining charge in the battery after the technician had driven the car out of the garage. Continued driving for another 71.9 miles. With 9 miles remaining on the GOM I started charging the battery which indicated 4% remaining.

From 100% to 4% I drove 161.4+71.9 = 233.3 miles. This mileage was done over a period of 11 days. The battery was not charged during this time. 28kWh + 12kWh + 1.5kWh remaining gives 41.5kWh.
