Hi everyone,

I was wondering if anyone had any knowledge of what the parking situation is within Leeds for commmuting, I live just outside the council area and so don't qualify for the free parking permit and its not at all convenient to use public transport. There are several charging stations near my work but I'm very new to EVs and wondering how parking would work.

I live over in Brighouse and my wife commutes in to the centre of Leeds (her company moved from Leeds Docks), she finds it easier to park at Elland Road and take the park and ride into town, there are 8 Polar/CYC (although if charging most days, Polar works out cheaper as CYC has a £1 connection fee) chargers. But that may well be on the wrong side of town for you to be an option, having said that I'm expecting my wife to get a shock in the coming months when more people are driving £0 BIK company cars and she can't get her regular charge spot and have to park further away from the bus
