I'm looking into a Tesla- though my high rise condo is voting soon on legislation that does the following.
-Owner must pay for all costs of the installation plus $1,500 "application fee" to the HOA.
-Upon selling their unit, owner must uninstall the charger or the new owner must pay the HOA $1,500 again.

This seems absolutely nuts (why would we make EV chargers a profit center?) but I am even more worried this is a boilerplate condo policy that may become common.
