If you have a couple of minutes free, please help us by offering your feedback as an electric car user by completing the questionnaire that you can find at the following link: https://goo.gl/forms/3jyzgbANMaPSbyBN2.
Thank you very much for your time and for more information regarding our start-up, please see our website: http://www.ibswap.com

Waiting with interest your response and feel free to contact me by e-mail if you need further information.

I think you should do some more reading of this and other EV forums to understand some of the frustrations of 'early to mid' adopters. Your Q5 and Q6 are far too generic to be able to make any sense of the responses you'll hopefully receive

When going to the Partner page on your web site, 3 companies are mentioned. The title of the page seems to indicate they are not actually partner, but just company working on projects you are interested in. This is a bit surprising considering the About Us page mentions a "continuously expanding network of partners". It also says you have developed standards. You really should mention which ones.

I have a PHEV so could not answer Q1.

Saw some weird language, wording, and did not proceed.

Loading? Google Translate doing the normal half-arsed non-cognitive job methinks.

Is it national ask some weird questions on an online survey month or something?
Seen a couple from college/university students and businesses over the last few days.

If you want to make more compelling electric cars you're probably too late, we know the Teslas are great cars and now the other auto manufacturers know too.
The range issue is going away with larger capacity batteries, and that's helping with the charging issues on long journeys at the same time.

I worry about the OP, the google translate from I guess Romanian is a bit weird, Heshe claims to own an I3 but has missed the entire PHEV / REX category. There is an electric drive petrol Nissan now, I guess the harbinger of a whole new category

This appears to be about battery swap, I think that died in Israel with the battery swap Renault some years ago.It is seen as a dead end technology now for general use, great for real lead acid milk floats where the batteries weigh tons and are racked for charging.

mines the PHEV with electric drive and a 1/4 full fuel tank...

There always seems to be a questionnaire/survey appearing on the forum nearly every week.
Are we getting too many?

I think that the best that I can do for you is to simply tell you that there is room for improvement. The faster the car can charge and go on its way the better. This means we need the best batteries and the best fast chargers. We need places to charge the electric vehicles where we won't get ICE'd. The infrastructure is lacking and the public needs to be more supporting.
