I received an email in this morning that my CPS card is due to expire on 30 Oct 2017 and that is is not set to auto-renew. When I bought mine it was the 'Lifetime' card an so did not think I needed to do anything else unless something actually happened to the car - lost/stolen/damaged. Anyone else receive this?

So when you got your new CPS card you should have checked the expiry of the card. You would have noticed it now had an expiry on it rather than lifetime... at that point it would have been worth contacting CPS / CYC who could have fixed the issue not problem.

I too had this issue and resolved it in a quick email along with the original email i got when I was promoted to lifetime status.

Well I called and it's a 'glitch' in their system which should be sorted out in the next five days. My record has 'false' under the Auto-renew and, from what I gathered from the conversation, this means that it does not need an expiry date as mine is a legacy Lifetime card.
