Certainly in my area DAB radio reception is crap. I’ve read this is partly due to the construction of the car.
Is there a known aftermarket ‘fix’ for this - some kind of signal booster?

I just googled i3 dab reception booster and this was the first result. Might be of interest. No idea what it is or how it works though.

I tend to listen to stations that also broadcast via FM so don’t notice the issue that much as it automatically falls back to FM when needed.

I guess that is just the OE part - which does not work very well - at least in my area.
Oh yeah maybe - ‘cos it says something about it needing to be coded I figured it was perhaps an aftermarket device that someone had come up with.
