Hi all,

Just wanted to give my feedback regarding my recent experience with Charged EV.

Few weeks ago (approx. 3 weeks) arranged for an installation of a 32A universal wall charger. The date of installation was supposed to be tomorrow but quite late today I received a phone call advising me that there was a delay an only next Thursday w=they could fit me in.

Think they had quite a lot of time to let me know the installation would be delayed, also 1 moth turn around seems to slow in my opinion.

This led me to look into a few other companies and came across Rolec which seem able to install the charger before next Thursday and I only discussed the installation with them today.

Hi Andre,

I'm sorry that we haven't come across this until now, and I can only apologise for your experience with us.

I remember that at the time of your installation, there were a few staffing issues and we have now turned that around. Again, I'm sorry that you were caught up in this. I will ensure this is all logged feedback and we can ensure we can avoid that in the future.

I hope your installation went smoothly with another manufacturer, and I hope you're enjoying EV ownership.

Hi Liam.

ChargedEV managed to make the appointment. Although the instalation was substandard and the electrician even damaged the consumers unit.
