I’m just a little ole biddy that has this great looking and performing vehicle that only charges in the heat. Sadly UK based so that could be a problem.
Picked up the Megane ETech pre Christmas.

Welcome!
And hopefully you are enjoying your new Megane, which is a lovely looking car I must say. Hopefully it has incorporated learnings from the Zoe, which is a fun little car, but not without its issues.

What do you mean about it only charging in the heat?

If the temperature is above freezing the car charges on a remote set up. If it is below freezing it won’t do so and my husband ( little star) has to go out to set it up manually. So frustrating.

Wow. That's a new one on me! Hopefully it's just an app issue if the car can be charged manually, but still, that's an absolute pain to have to deal with in the winter.

I have a Vestel PEN charger installed by EON which we tested and tested countless times.
It is correctly earthed and works except when the temp is minus. The car has the lovely red rectangle of death when not playing.

I think you need to raise that as a fault with Vestel, it isn't normal and isn't acceptable, they need to sort it out.

To prove that it's the Vessel that's at fault do you have a portable EVSE with a 13A plug that you can use to test that the car charges OK, its getting warmer now so this might be hard to prove, I'd still raise it with Vestel.

How did you get a picture of her charger?

;)

BTW mine charges below freezing as do all those sold in places like Finland where you know it's below freezing without checking.
The chargepoint is going to be the suspect but it certainly sounds very very odd.

You guys been peeking, so cheeky!!
Yup, that's the baby and I have had the technician out countless times, it has been tested and it was very cold when we were hanging around in the garage, waiting for it to start. It worked fine then.
No I don't have anything portable just the cable that came with my red/silver version.
I will see what the garage has to say this week.
Thanks for your input🙏🏻
