I thought it was just me. I really can't see what it's meant to say. Sure there's a 13 in there to illegally make i3, but surely there are better reg's out there.

I think he is trying to say that the registration number that is infact E13 CTR could somehow be seen as ELECTR? (electric)? This would involve illegal spacing, changing the 1 to look like an L, and reversing the E.

But, as they say, "A fool and his money..........
