So first second hand Ampera?

Wondering if this was a demo car from ecovelocity show? or other ex demo car. it cant have put on 2000 miles since 1st may could it? (Also you must keep the vehicle for a year in order to claim the grant so I assume this car is older than the 1st may launch date.)
No grant available for second hand, so probably only of interest to those who would not qualify.
