AIUI if you have a crash hard enough to deploy the airbags the ecall system will notify emergency services of your exact location.

That could well be right; would be a shame if it was missing tho as it's a very useful safety feature indeed!

Having said that, I can't see it on the specification of the Picanto, which appears to be a new model and therefore subject to fresh type approval??

So presumably if there isn't such a button there is no eCall functionality.?

Not sure if that was mandatory.

But sadly it does look like the eNiro isn't fitted with it.
