Sounds just like OpenChargeMapThe best thing Ecotricity could do would be to have an open API (web service or whatever) that an app could call to get a list of chargers along with their locations and status.

Historically OCM approached all of the charging network vendors asking for data feeds including live status... all said 'go away' which IMO tells us everything we need to knowAt the moment, as far as I know, there is no real-time data feeds to OCM and the way it is looking I think that is unlikely in the near future.
agreed.... I don't think the vendors will do anything until a successful app is built on 'their' dataYes but scraping breaches copyright unless you have permission.
