So I know this is already on most people’s radar butI thought I’d share my experience and hope that Ecotricity might do something.

stopped at Telford services for a little top up. Charge at 38%. Connected to charge unit only for it to say already in use, despite me being the only one on it.
moved to next charger, success charging started at 43kw. Left car returned after 20 Mins.
Guess what? Charge had stopped and added nothing DC charger interrupted.

When are ecotricity going to get heir act together?
BTW in case you hadn’t guessed it was a Kona that I was trying to charge.

this has happened twice at he same charger location on pre BMS update and now with with all the BMS updates being done recently. So no change.

Have you complained to Ecotricity? If not, then they're going to carry on stating they don't have any issues with CCS.

If it's just Telford then maybe it's not been patched.
Maybe complain to hyundai about how they implemented the CCS standard as other cars haven't had issues there have they?
