I'm afraid I no longer bother with most surveys. Even professional ones often have poorly worded or ambiguous questions and/or a lack of choices that match my feelings. Unfortunately surveys pushed out by students as part of some project are usually even worse.
There's a reason why things like referendum questions are carefully crafted by serious people - asking a question that means the same to everyone and will elicit a valid answer is not as easy as the average social media user thinks.
