My new MG ZS EV should be arriving in January, and until then I would like to rent EVs for occasional commutes, shopping trips etc. Blue City is quite widespread in my area and in Central London, but I am slightly concerned with the abysmal reviews it has been getting on Google - misleading promos, unable to cancel within a year, hidden charges for reserving destination parking etc. Additionally, I disagree with their practice of hogging public charging points with their cars. Has anyone here used them and is there a convenient alternative?
Can't comment on them... but I used Drive Now recently. Apart from having to do a quick video of myself with my driving licence is was all pretty simple.
Completely agree about hogging charging points although fully charged. Best toto report them to the local authority, as they are getting free parking at the expense of other EV users.
