I'll be looking to rent a towing capable ev/plugin hybrid as soon as they are available as adding a Towbar to the Ampera will invalidate the warranty and I want to tow my boat once a year to go on holiday.

We would be interested in renting a tow-capable plug-in car. We have a caravan but now we have the two EVs we cannot tow and so we now keep the caravan on a permanent site but if we could rent a plug-in we might be persuaded to tour again.

I know that the Volvo V60 looks like it will be able to tow... don't know much about it though.

my friend was looking to buy an EV but the Nissan 4/7 day lend programme has stopped and he wants to try before he buys it to see what it is like to drive?

no one offers this, he has rang enterprise rent a car , avis and hertz and they do not have any of these vehicles on there fleet!!

I thought it was £15 a day. Probably only specific locations.
